Soniora provides music learning, recommendation, device connection, and account services. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

• Account identifiers such as phone number, email address, username, and linked login identity.
• Profile data such as display name and avatar if you choose to provide it.
• Practice and recommendation activity used to personalize music content and improve product quality.
• Device-related signals needed for Bluetooth MIDI and instrument connection features.

How We Use Information

We use this information to authenticate users, provide app features, secure accounts, operate recommendations, troubleshoot service issues, and improve Soniora.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Service providers may process limited data only to operate Soniora services such as messaging, hosting, storage, and analytics.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account from the Soniora app. Deletion disables the account and revokes active login credentials. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or audit integrity.
